support@renderlift.comWhat is a "Lift"?
A Lift is one credit. Each image you generate uses Lifts. How many a generation costs depends on the output size you pick and on the template — standard templates cost 1 Lift at Web (1K) and E-Commerce (2K) and 2 at Print & Pro (4K); Transparent is 1 Lift for Just Transparent at any size, or 2 (3 at 4K) for Transparent + Lift. New accounts start with free Lifts.
How does pricing work?
You buy Lift packs and spend them whenever you like: Starter ($5), Business ($15), and Pro ($50). As a launch bonus, early users currently receive extra Lifts with each pack — Starter grants 20 Lifts (15 + 5 bonus), Business 65 (50 + 15 bonus), and Pro 240 (200 + 40 bonus). Bonus Lifts are a limited launch offer and may change or end. Purchased Lifts don't expire. On the web, purchases go through our payment provider; when the iOS app launches, purchases there will go through Apple In-App Purchase.
What happens if a render fails?
If a generation fails because of a service error, the Lifts for that render are automatically returned to your balance. If you're not satisfied with a result, you also get one free Try again before you save, download, or use the image.
Do I own the images I create?
Yes. As long as you have the rights to the photo you upload, you own the images RenderLift generates for you and may use them commercially — on listings, ads, social media, and catalogs. You're responsible for reviewing each image before commercial use. See our Terms of Service for details.
Will my logo and label be changed?
RenderLift is designed to preserve your real product, branding, label text, and proportions while improving the overall image. Because results are AI-generated, always review each image before using it in a store, ad, listing, or campaign.
How do I manage or delete my account?
You can delete your account and stored images at any time from inside the app, under your account menu. This removes your profile, renders, and uploaded images (we retain limited records, such as purchase history, where required by law). You can also email support@renderlift.com for help.
Which platforms is RenderLift on?
RenderLift is available on the web today, with native iOS and Android apps on the way. Your Lifts and renders are tied to your account, so they follow you across every platform when you sign in.
What kind of photos work best?
Almost any clear photo of a single product works. Lighting, background clutter, and surface don't matter — RenderLift isolates and rebuilds your product. For best results, make sure the product's front, logo, and label are clearly visible.
What is the difference between History and Saved?
History is your automatic record of recent Lifts and listings. Saved is what you choose to keep. History is temporary. Saved is permanent.
How long do things stay in History?
History items are kept for 90 days, then cleared automatically. If an item is Saved, it leaves History after 90 days but stays in Saved permanently.
How do I keep something forever?
Save it. Saved Lifts and Saved listings never expire.
What happens when I remove something from History?
If it is not Saved, it is deleted from your RenderLift account across every device — if you did not Save or download it first, it may be gone permanently. If it is Saved, it only leaves the History list and stays safe in Saved.
Does removing from History delete my Saved items?
No. History and Saved are independent. Clearing History removes Saved items from the History list only — they stay safe in Saved.
Does cleanup delete live eBay listings?
No. Live eBay listings stay on eBay. RenderLift cleanup only applies to eligible RenderLift History items.
Will cleanup delete something I am still working on?
No. Items are protected while they are in an open batch, mid-render, Saved, or backing a live eBay listing.
How many List batches can I keep open?
You can keep up to 2 List batches open at once. To start a new batch, finish or close one of your open batches.
What happens if I forget about an open batch?
If an open List or Bulk batch has no activity for 30 days, RenderLift closes it automatically. Its unsaved items then follow the normal 90-day History cleanup.
When does the 90-day History clock start?
When work is finished or closed. Lifts finish in seconds, so their 90 days start right away. Open List and Bulk batches are protected while you work — if one sits inactive for 30 days it closes automatically, and the 90-day History cleanup takes over from there.
What does Clear all do?
Clear all empties your History: unsaved items are permanently deleted, Saved items move to Saved only, and items connected to live eBay listings are kept. Active batches and mid-render items are never touched.
