Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and InDigitual, LLC ("RenderLift," "we," "us," "our"), located in Maryland, USA, governing your use of the RenderLift app and services. By using RenderLift, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract to use RenderLift and must not be under 13. If you use RenderLift on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.
2. The service
RenderLift uses artificial intelligence to transform product photos into enhanced images (for example, marketplace-ready white-background, transparent, lifestyle, and studio images). Results are generated automatically and may vary.
3. Accounts
You may use RenderLift as a guest or by signing in with a supported provider (such as Google). You are responsible for activity under your account. Guest sessions and the data tied to them may be lost if you clear your device or sign out.
4. Lifts (credits)
RenderLift uses a credit system called "Lifts." Each image generation consumes Lifts. The number of Lifts a generation costs depends on the output size you choose and on the template: standard templates cost 1 Lift at Web (1K) and E-Commerce (2K) and 2 Lifts at Print & Pro (4K); Transparent costs 1 Lift for Just Transparent at any size, or 2 Lifts (3 at 4K) for Transparent + Lift. Premium bulk costs 2× the standard per-photo cost.
Lifts have no cash value, are not transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law. We may grant free Lifts at our discretion; free Lifts may expire or change at any time.
5. Payments and refunds
You can purchase Lift packages through the app. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices and packages may change.
If a generation fails, the Lifts for that generation are automatically refunded to your balance, and if you are not satisfied with a result you receive one free Try again before you save, download, or use the image.
Except for those protections and except where required by applicable law, purchased Lifts are non-refundable, and Lifts already consumed are non-refundable.
6. Your content and the rights you grant
"Your Content" means the images and materials you upload. You retain ownership of Your Content.
You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to Your Content, that it does not infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights, and that it does not violate any law.
You grant RenderLift a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and transform Your Content — including by sending it to our third-party AI providers — solely to provide and improve the service to you.
7. Your generated images
Subject to these Terms and provided you have the rights to the input image, you own the enhanced images RenderLift creates for you and may use them for commercial purposes, including ecommerce listings, advertising, and social media.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to: upload content you do not have the rights to; upload illegal, infringing, deceptive, harmful, hateful, or sexually explicit content; use RenderLift to misrepresent products or create false or misleading claims; attempt to farm, abuse, or circumvent the Lift or free-credit system; or interfere with, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. AI-generated results
RenderLift's outputs are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies, including imperfect or altered text, labels, or details. You are responsible for reviewing every image before using it commercially and for ensuring it accurately represents your product and complies with applicable laws and marketplace rules. Results are provided "as is."
10. Intellectual property
RenderLift, including its software, branding, and design, is owned by InDigitual, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you no rights in our brand or software except the right to use the service.
11. Termination
You may stop using RenderLift at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
12. Disclaimers
RenderLift is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free or that results will meet your expectations.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InDigitual, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InDigitual, LLC from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of Your Content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party rights.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maryland for any dispute not subject to arbitration or small-claims court.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by notice in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
